Even before the pandemic hit, businesses were slowly migrating towards virtual events. Not only are they more attractive from a budgeting sense, they're far more accessible too. The difference between a wildly successful virtual event and a zoom call with your mother-in-law is all in the planning. And this is no easy feat either.
